Boxee doesn't ignore "The" and "A" in movie list when dutch is selected as the interface language

Description

1. When Dutch is selected as the UI language's the english "The" and "A" in front of a movie still have to be ignored.
At this moment it doesn't.

2.feature request: Dutch people watch mostly english series and films, we don't translate the title, we use subtitels. Other Media players will ignore "The" and "A" in all languages (So for dutch people even the French "Le" and "La", German "Die" and "Das", etc... has to be ignored)

The option to ignore A and THE prefixes in the library has been added to all languages and all languages contain the English prefixes as well
