Audio doesn't play right away

playing a video file from local or online, the audio does not start immediatly, and only starts after ~2 seconds.

When you start a movie there is no audio what so ever for 2-4 seconds and then it kicks in. This is regardless of file being played or if its a previous file that was played half way. This is very bad when TV Shows start without opening credits and the first 4 seconds are missed and you are forced to rewind.

This is not new and has happened ever since 1.2.1 and happens on both my BBox. I with surround sound system and one connected to the TV via HDMI and using TV speakers.

This happens from several places, but a quick test is the Twit app and the "Macbreak weekly" podcast, it starts with a host speaking so its evident the sound is gone. If he says "Hello and welcome to Macbreak weekly" - the audio is "..lcome to Macbreak weekly"
