Description

The client sends tvdb_series_id, tvdb_episode_id, nfo_title (extracted from the nfo)
also we're now sending the filename including the path. (without user info)

When the info extracted from the nfo is sent, it should be used.

The filename and other fields should be used as a fallback.

I have test this with "Boxee Beta 0.9.23.15885 for Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7" and will not see the nfo or tbn.
