There may be a bug in SP3 relating to flash. When watching content on CityTV or CTV (Canadian channels), after an ad plays, part of the graphic from the ad is stuck overlaying the video after the ad ends.
CityTV flash problem is only some shows. I tested "Parks and Recreation" and it played flawlessly and quality looks amazing with no judder at all. The difference between "P & R" and 30 Rock, is that 30 rock has some CityTV flash logo inserted between where commercials should be. Then the video gets borked with the CityTV logo covering half 3/4's of the video window. P & R has the commercials and everything transitions correctly. The Daily Show looks excellent also, and no problems there. Other users are experiencing this on the forum. This did not happen in the last official build. This happens in 720 or 1080
