Incorrect aspect ratio in flash movie

Streaming sources lack on screen controls. This is a major problem with videos getting stretched to an incorrect aspect ratio. For example, http://www.nfb.ca/film/project_grizzly/ is a 4:3 video pillarboxed with black bars on the side to make it fit into a widescreen ratio. Watching this film on a 4:3 screen results in an incorrect ratio which cannot be corrected by zooming, since there are no video controls. In opposition to the Boxee Box builds I've tried, the standalone application (0.9.22.13692 on Linux) does include OSD controls for such sources.
