Media Library Corrupted after a crash, unable to rescan or identify afterwards

Description

I was browsing around and the box froze and I had to force shutdown. I tried bringing the box back up and it got stuck on black screen after the boxee cube logo. I had to force shut down again, this time the box came back up after starting it up again for the 2nd time. Though everything seemed normal, my show and movie library were gone. Sources were correctly setup, scanning yields 0 identified files. Manually identifying anything succeeds but ends up adding nothing and I am shown a no media in local library for both movies and shows. Cleared the thumb and database from the settings and tried rescanning - did not help, recreated sources, did not help. I had to boot into recovery menu and reset all settings and setup everything again in order to get things going again.

My setup is daily scanning, I noticed that scanning gets stuck on one of the sources and runs forever.

Next time such a thing happens, do not rush and do a "reset settings" because we are loosing all the evidences.
Set boxee log level into DEBUG and attach it to the issue.

Because I didn't have debug enabled fully, there was no good logs. I should have enabled debug and did a manual identify ... passed me at that point of time.

Muhri, this is a very severe issue but I will need to close it as Incomplete.
Next time when you have such problem, switch Boxee log level to DEBUG and open an issue along with a DEBUG log attached.
