Description
Boxee Box doesn't find content on an attached USB drive that has powered itself down (sleep sort of mode).
I have a Seagate FreeAgent 1TB Desktop External USB Hard Drive that I have connected to my Neatgear WNDR3700 via the USB port on the router. The router supports DLNA and can be accessed from my Boxee Box.
The USB drive powers down after some length of time. When the drive is powered down and I try to play a video on my Boxee Box I will get the spinning progress circle thingy and then a message that the file is corrupted or not found, something to this affect. I tried multiple times with the same result.
I did however discover that if I played the last video, which for some reason plays, (is it in a buffer on the BB?) then leave this video I can then play a new one.
If I am able to jumpstart BB in this manner isn't there a way that the firmware can do something similar?
