Description
well, the suggested default behavior of using folder does not work - at least not with tv series.
since there are only very view media players with good scrapper functionality I prefer naming my files in a file-browser friendly way. for series it's either
series name\season s##\## episode name or
series name\staffel s##\## episode name or
series name s##\## episode name
and sometimes the episodes are named s##e## epsiode name.
plex identified all of my series out of the box correctly and 99,9% of my movies (boxee just had ~45%). why? typically using "year german title.avi/mkv"
and could you please stop replacing german titles with english ones? sometimes it's hard to find a movie again ... eg. in china essen sie hunde is recognized, displayed with the netherlands cover and the title in china they eat dogs ... ok this was an easy one but others are probably not.
you treat . and blanks equally? time to update the naming conventions page in the wiki.
why do you display english imdb entries when the system language is german? the german imdb page also contains german movie descriptions.
