Description
Whenever I try to boot the Boxee Box while my TV is on, I get the "loading" screen and then the TV screen goes black. I get a "no video signal" message from my TV. The only workaround is for me to turn the TV off, which for some reason triggers the Boxee Box to continue booting (I know this because I hear the splash screen sounds start). When I turn the TV on again, I see the Boxee Box screen and everything is usually fine. Sometimes when I turn the TV back on, I get a low resolution BB home page that is also cut off and must reboot the Boxee Box again to get it to work properly, or toggle EDID on/off to do a quicker restart to get the same result.
On a side note, I also have to do this TV On/Off trick sometiems when I try to access the recovery menu and only get a Red Screen. Turning the TV off/on gets rid of the red screen.
