Re scanning for channels after initial scan and after channel edits deletes previous channel edits

This week, in the NYC market, two new OTA channels went live. 2.2 CBSNY+ and 9.3 Bounce TV. Knowing this, I had to re scan for new channels to make boxee see them. after the scan was finished and the new channels added, my previous channel edits were gone. All previous channels that i had hidden reappeared and the numerous channel name edited that i had performed also reverted back to their original call signs.

Because of new added stations, i have to now go back and spend tedious amounts of time renaming and deleting channels.
