Be able to specify how long a video is played before being marked as watched

Description

Currently a video is marked as watched as soon as you start playing it. So if I watch 5 seconds of a 2 hour movie, it is marked as watched. It would be nice to specify either a percentage of a video or amount of time that a video needs to be watched before being marked as watched.

Either allowing the user to specify a % of the total duration, or implementing more meaningful default values.

There are other Jira tickets on this subject discussing suggestions on "Watched", "Partially Watched" etc flags as well as sensible values.

Certainly something needs to be done here. The Watched "Check" mark is great, very intuitive, easy to look at, easy to distinguish between watched and unwatched. However its value is reduced as it doesn't actually means that the file has been watched at all.
