Wrong information with compilation albums

I spent some time trying to understand why several albums had been identified as "Various Artist" when I have the tag "album artist" is blank and "artist" filled. With Exiftools I noticed that it happens with files with the TAG itunescompilationflag=YES. Until now, everything if fine. But, when I play this compilation album, the BB didn't show the name of artist, only "Various Artist". I'd like to know, when I play a compilation album with itunescompilationflag, the BB shouldnt show the "artist" or "album artist" information instead of "Various Artist"? Now, I can find all my compilations (all are classified as "Various Artists" but I, when I play some compilation, I dont know what artist is playing).
