All HDMI Outputs Give Aggravating Temporary Black Screen (Upgraded from: HDMI RGB Output gives temporary black Screen)

This is an update from the original issue (http://jira.boxee.tv/browse/BOXEE-11324). Now that I've been tracking it - it's pretty bad! I get a 3-5 second black screen where my video and audio signal drops out and it's occurring frequently and on a persistent basis. It will happen once every 30 minutes and during some video files it will drop out once every 10 minutes. This is an issue that started happening when the video options for RGB & YUV came out; before it was working flawlessly.

This issue happens during RGB & YUV output modes. I've tried the different Pixel Depths without success; I've tried EDID without success. Swearing at Boxee Box like a pirate seems to reduce the frequency between occurrences.

I believe it's a Boxee issue since it's a problem that began with the release of the new video features. My PS3, Blu-Ray player, and Digital Cable Box doesn't have this issue with my TV either. I've reset my TV to default, and I've also re-flashed it with no avail.

Findings:
Boxee OS: 1.2.0.20310-47 & 1.2.1.20451-4
Video Output: RGB High, YUV444, YUV422
HDMI Pixel Depth: Occurred while using 24-30-36 Bit
TV: Sony 52-KDL52VL150 w/current firmware update
