Audio in the whole system is gone after file ends playing

Description

After I finish playing a video file the audio in the whole system is gone.
No navigation sounds and subsequent files don't have sound.
Sound is back after restart. There was no problem with 1.1 version of the software.
I attach a log in the debug mode.

what is your hardware setup? (i.e. boxeebox>HDMI> TV / Receiver)
what is your Audio output setup (Settings>System>Audio output)?
this issue occurs with all files you play or specific files? is your boxeebox navigation sounds are enabled?

Ami,
I have a Receiver connected with HDMI. I set sound output to Digital (HDMI) with pass-through of dolby digital.
I have navigation sounds enabled. The issue comes up when playing .avi files, usually divx with mp3 audio.

please try to enable/disable the EDID and see if that helps.

Ami,
Sorry for a late response, but I figured out what crashes the boxee system.
It turns out that my receiver (onkyo TX-SR706) has an option to send audio back through HDMI.
It can be used if a TV with build in speakers is connected to one of the HDMI inputs.
It turns out that if boxee gets audio input though HDMI it somehow crashes it's audio system.
The solution is to disable "Audio TV Out" option under Hardware setup->HDMI.
I think most of the onkyo receivers have the same audio setup, so I hope this comment would be useful to some people.

please attach a new DEBUG log after the boxeebox crash, this would help us investigate this issue.
