Description

the video in our willow app is unable to play the live stream in the boxee device, we have updated software to latest version in our boxee device but still we are getting below error
Playback error : "Either the format is not supported or the file is corrupted"

Hi,

The video streams were working fine earlier, our app is up since last 6 months, we recently updated to the latest boxee software version on the device and were unable to play the stream, which gives Playback error : "Either the format is not supported or the file is corrupted" , when we are trying to play the stream.
But in Boxee emulator software, the updated version in our PC, we are able to play the stream..

the URL received by Willow when trying to play the live stream does not work on any browser nor media players we use.

We are able to play the Willow TV urls within PC version of Boxee software. Our plugin is live since more than 6 months and this is first time we are facing this issue after a recent update.

We are working on debugging this issue.
Is it possible to get one of the flv streams as a local file?, A link to a downloadable flv would be very helpful.
