This video for example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmUFgaKL4Ts

When viewed on the Boxee Box, I can go to cursor mode, navigate to the "720p", click on it and nothing happens. If I click on it a lot / quickly, sometimes the resolution menu will popup but never long enough to select anything else.

this is the boxee browser behavior by design,
since using js to go into fullscreen and changing the resolution to 720p,
try to exit the fullscreen (back to browser) change the resolution, and go back to fullscreen.
